Dark Chocolate and Raspberry Baked Oats

Steps
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mash bananas and add in yogurt and almond milk.
Mix until combined.
Add in dry ingredients.
Mix until a batter is formed.
Fold in frozen raspberries — be careful not to over mix or the batter will become too wet.
Pour batter into a lined square baking tray.
Add dark chocolate on top of the mixture.
Bake at 180°C for 30–40 minutes.
Serve immediately or store in an airtight container and microwave for 1:30 before eating.
