Fake-Away Honey Crispy Chicken
Traditional takeaway honey chicken is usually deep fried and coated in heavy sugary sauces, which can make the calories add up quickly. This version uses lean chicken breast, minimal oil, and a lighter homemade sauce while still delivering the flavour and texture you actually crave.
Pairing the chicken with rice and vegetables also creates a balanced meal with protein, carbohydrates, and fibre to help keep you fuller for longer.
