High Protein Easter Egg Cake

Steps
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
Line a muffin tray with cupcake liners or lightly spray with oil.
In a mixing bowl, combine all dry ingredients: Dukes Chocolate Shake, Protein flour, Cocoa powder, Chocolate pudding mix, Sweetener, Baking powder
Mix until evenly combined.
Add the Greek yoghurt, egg whites, easter eggs and applesauce.
Stir until smooth and fully combined. Do not overmix.
Divide the batter evenly between 6 cupcake liners.
Bake for 15–17 minutes, or until the tops are set and a toothpick comes out clean.
Remove from the oven and allow the cupcakes to cool completely before frosting.
In a bowl, combine: Dukes protein powder, Powdered sweetener, Chocolate pudding mix & Greek yoghurt
Add cold water 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach your desired frosting consistency.
Once cupcakes are completely cooled, pipe or spread frosting evenly on top.
Serve immediately or store for later.
