Place the lamb shanks into the slow cooker.
Add the rosemary sprigs on top.
In a bowl, combine: Orange marmalade, French onion soup mix & Water
Whisk until smooth.
Pour the sauce over the lamb shanks, ensuring they are well coated.
Cover with a lid and cook on: LOW for 8 hours
Serve the lamb shanks with the cooking juices spooned over the top.
