After seeing many reviews on Dukes shakes and people's weightloss I was sceptical at first until I took the chance and bought some and tried them out for myself.
I've been drinking them for close to 2 wks now and I have to admit I'm already starting to see results.
The flavours are really nice im not huge on vanilla but it's tolerable.
I really like the mango and the choc malt flavours
I will be purchasing more as soon as these ones run out. But I'm really happy I took the chance and started them. I drink 2 a day and they keep me full I work a physical job so it's nice to be able to have a shake and feel content and not bloated.
